SEOUL, Nov. 21 (Yonhap) -- Cleanup Yang Eui-ji broke a scoreless deadlock with a single in the sixth and backed starter Song Myung-gi's scoreless effort, as the NC Dinos beat the Doosan Bears 3-0 on Saturday to even the Korean Series at two games apiece.
Kang Jin-sung also had an RBI single in the sixth for the Dinos at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. Song, a 20-year-old righty, earned the victory in his postseason debut, and No. 1 starter Drew Rucinski recorded the final eight outs in relief to lock down the save.
The best-of-seven series resumes with Game 5 at 6:30 p.m. Monday, back at the dome.

The two teams traded 22 hits and 13 runs in Game 3 that ended close to 11 p.m. Friday night, and with a quick turnaround for a 2 p.m. start Saturday, the bats stayed silent through five innings.
The two young starters did their part in ensuring zeroes would dominate the board early. Song held the Bears to just two hits over five shutout innings. His Bears' counterpart, 21-year-old Kim Min-gyu, allowed only three singles through the first five innings.
The Dinos broke the tie after Kim left the game. Lee Myung-ki hit a one-out single in the sixth, which prompted the Bears to replace Kim with Lee Young-ha.
Lee retired Na Sung-bum on a groundout but couldn't get past Yang, who knocked a single to right and scored pinch runner Kim Seong-uk from second.
Yang advanced to second on a wild throw home and scored the Dinos' second run on Kang Jin-sung's follow-up single.

The Dinos' bullpen made the lead stand. Rucinski, who started Game 1 on Tuesday, came on with one out in the seventh for his first relief appearance of the season, and recorded the final eight outs. He struck out four and allowed just one baserunner on an error by second baseman Park Min-woo in the eighth.
Dinos' manager Lee Dong-wook said Song "pitched like a veteran" in the win.
"He has been stopping our losing streaks all year long and did it again today," Lee said, with the Dinos winning on Saturday after dropping the previous two games. "Our bullpen was excellent today. Yang Eui-ji's RBI in the sixth lifted a lot of pressure off the shoulders of our relievers."

The Dinos got an insurance run in the ninth inning, when the bottom of their lineup came through. Aaron Altherr singled and stole second to get himself into scoring position, and Chi Seok-hoon, making his first start of the series in place of injured Park Sok-min, brought him home with a double to left field. It was Chi's first Korean Series hit and RBI.
"That run was huge. Two runs would have been too close for comfort," manager Lee said. "Chi struggled earlier in the game, but he was still making some solid contact. He is a superb defender, and this hit should get him going at the plate, too."

The Bears managed just three hits, and No. 6 hitter Kim Jae-ho had all of them.
Their 3-4-5 hitters, Choi Joo-hwan, Kim Jae-hwan and Jose Miguel Fernandez, went 0-for-12 with three strikeouts.
Doosan manager Kim Tae-hyoung said as disappointing as Lee Young-ha was in relief in the sixth, he was more concerned about his hitters.
"If Lee Young-ha is struggling, then I don't have to use him. But I can't do that with the hitters," Kim said. "They're really off their game."
Kim Jae-ho is batting 7-for-12 (.583) with a home run and six RBIs in the series. The rest of the team is 22-for-115 (.191) with two homers and seven RBIs.

교통항공산업 분야 챗봇 도입이 급물살을 탔다.
코로나19 여파로 대중교통 이동량이 줄자 교통산업이 전반적으로 위축되는 가운데 업계는 혁신을 위한 노력을 이어가고 있다. 교통항공산업계는 비대면 시대를 대비할 포스트코로나 전략으로 인공지능(AI) 챗봇을 채택했다.
올해 초 발발한 코로나19로 전 산업계 비대면 서비스가 불가피해지자 금융, 의료, 공공 서비스 등 기존의 대면 서비스 분야를 대체하며 챗봇 도입이 가파른 확산세를 보인다.
이런 기류는 코로나19로 직격탄을 맞은 교통항공산업계까지 번졌다. 최근 SRT(고속철도), ㈜티머니, 카카오T, 대한항공, 한국공항공사 등 주요 교통기업은 챗봇을 도입하고 비대면 서비스를 강화했다.
특히 교통서비스는 특성상 24시간 문제 발생 시 즉각적인 답변을 해주는 AI 상담원이 필요하다. 이에 챗봇은 탑승객이 스마트폰만 있으면 카카오톡 등 인스턴트 메신저로 이용할 수 있어 시·공간 제약 없는 실시간 비대면 서비스를 실현한다.
◆메이크봇, 수서발 고속철도(SRT) 챗봇 구축
AI 챗봇 전문기업 ㈜메이크봇은 수서발 고속철도(SRT)와 협약을 체결하고 고속철도 최초로 챗봇을 구축하고 있다. SRT는 지속적인 혁신을 강조하면서 CS모니터단 운영하는 등 서비스 강화에 힘써왔다.
또한 SRT는 비대면 서비스 강화 및 고객 만족도 제고의 일환으로 챗봇 서비스 도입을 결정했다. SRT 챗봇은 승객들에게 △역사 이용 △열차 이용 △승차권 환불·보상 등을 안내할 계획이다. 또 고객이 열차에 머무르는 시간이 긴 고속철도 특성상 민원 해결 외 다양한 콘텐츠도 포함해 지속적으로 고도화할 방침이다.

티머니 챗봇은 △티머니카드 △모바일티머니 △티머니페이 △티머니 시외버스 △티머니 고속버스 △티머니 택시 등 6개 서비스의 고객센터를 통합 관리하고 24시간 고객 문의에 대응한다. 이는 고객과 소통을 강화하는 동시에 티머니 각 부서별 업무효율성을 향상했다는 평가를 받는다.
이와 함께 티머니 챗봇은 오픈 1개월 만에 5만 명 이상이 카카오 친구로 추가하고 매일 수천명이 접속하는 등 뜨거운 호응을 받았다. 이는 티머니를 사용하는 시민들의 실질적인 대중교통 이용 편의성 증대로 이어지고 있다.
◆ 카카오T 챗봇, 8개 교통서비스 문의에 실시간 대응
카카오모빌리티의 카카오T 고객센터도 메이크봇과 함께 챗봇을 도입했다. 해당 서비스는 현재 하루 수만명 고객이 이용하고 있다.
카카오T 챗봇은 카카오 택시에 대한 문의뿐만 아니라 카카오 대리, 주차, 바이크 등 8개 교통서비스별 문의에 답변한다. 특히 카카오 택시의 경우 개인 카카오싱크 연동을 통해 개인의 교통서비스 사용 이력 조회를 지원하며 이용자의 문제해결을 빠르게 돕는다.
◆ 메이크봇-대한항공, 챗봇 '대한이' 구축
최근 아시아나 항공 인수를 추진하면서 초대형 항공그룹으로 도약하는 대한항공도 일찌감치 챗봇을 도입했다. 메이크봇은 대한항공 챗봇 '대한이'를 구축, 사용자의 항공여행 계획 단계부터 탑승까지 전 과정에 걸친 문의에 대응하도록 했다. 이로써 승객은 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 궁금증을 해결하거나 여행 정보를 확보할 수 있다.
특히 대한항공 챗봇은 지난 2008년부터 10여년간 누적된 대한항공 홈페이지 채팅 서비스 데이터를 활용해 개발돼 높은 정확도를 자랑한다. 또 AI 문의 대응뿐만 아니라 로그인 정보에 따른 항공예약 및 마일리지 조회, 모바일 체크인 등 개인화된 서비스도 지원한다. 이는 코로나19 이슈에 관한 소통 채널로도 활용되며 페이스북 채널 추가와 글로벌 서비스를 위한 다국어 기능을 탑재를 준비하고 있다.
